Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying a pack.

• If you have played less than 10% of that pack's turns, you get the full price back.
• If you have played 10% or more, you get back the price of the turns you have not played, at the rate you paid for that pack, and those turns leave your account.

Your free turns are spent first, then packs in the order you bought them. A turn lost to a fault of ours is given back as a turn.

When you buy, you ask for your turns straight away, and you agree that this ends the 14-day right to cancel that UK and EU law otherwise gives. The refund above is ours and goes further than that.

To ask, write to hello@heralds.quest from the email you sign in with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the way you paid. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
